Club Penguin Elite Penguin Force Theory

As we all know, Club Penguin has been destructed by a major popcorn explosion caused by Herbert. If you visit the PSA headquarters, you will notice a sign that has been put up. It says..

To Do List:

• Eat all of the popcorn.
• Plan to catch Herbert.
• Find a new HQ soon.

I have read this sign many times, and have found two very suspicious phrases. Take a close look at the sign below.

The first thing that caught my eye was the beginning letter of each sentence. If you take the first letter from each sentence, and make them into one word, you will get EPF.

The second thing that caught my eye is the last phrase says “Find a new HQ soon.” Obviously, the Penguin Secret Agency is looking for a new headquarters.

A couple weeks ago Billybob posted on a sneak peek for Herbert’s Revenge. He had provided us with a picture that looked like the Elite Penguin Force headquarters was under construction. Could they be expanding the command room to join with the PSA?

Another piece of evidence that the PSA is moving to EPF is that the Sports Shop will be closing down. A Club Penguin reporter stated that “The Sport Shop will definitely be closing for good.”

If the Sports Shop is closing, there will be no secret entrance to the Headquarters. For some of you who don’t know, you can get to the PSA headquarters by entering the first curtain at the Sports Shop.

If there is no entrance to the HQ other than the spy phone, then it is obvious the PSA headquarters is gone. The only other headquarters that we know of on Club Penguin is the Elite Penguin Force HQ.

If the Penguin Secret Agency HQ is gone, then why do we need our old spy phone? It will just teleport us back to the old HQ, which is destroyed by now. Which leads me to my next point.

Inside sources had provided Club Penguin Expert with a sneak peek of a new high-tech agency device. This leads me to think that this device will replace our old spy phone, which is worthless at this point, now that the PSA is gone.

I am 90% sure this new high-tech agency device belongs to the EPF. There are options on this new high-tech device, such as the puffle whistle, used in the Elite Penguin Force Nintendo DS game.

Also, the logo at the bottom of this high-tech agency device, as well as the mail logo shown on this device, both have the Elite Penguin Force logo.

The Penguin Secret Agency are in an alliance with EPF. In the end of mission 11, Gary had said some things that sounded like they are moving to the EPF headquarters.

It looks like the Penguin Secret Agency is transferring all there files and investigations to the Elite Penguin Force. I have a feeling the PSA and the EPF are going to join together and create one big team of agents.

From adding all of this evidence up, it seems as if Elite Penguin Force is soon going to be the leading agency in Club Penguin.
